Think of this as a spacious four-berth motorhome with the room of a larger six-berth. The extra living space is the real selling point — with only four people using a motorhome designed around a larger footprint, it feels noticeably more comfortable and less crowded on longer trips.

After several days on the road, it still feels spacious rather than cramped. The full kitchen allows for proper meal preparation, the bathroom means you're not relying on campground facilities, and there's enough storage that everyone can unpack and stay organised. It's also certified self-contained, giving you access to a wider range of camping and freedom camping options throughout New Zealand.

The trade-off is convenience in towns and cities. The extra space comes with a larger vehicle footprint, so parking requires a little more planning than with smaller campervans.

Despite its size, it's designed as a touring motorhome and is quite manageable once you're underway. First-time motorhome drivers usually adapt quickly, provided they're comfortable driving a manual transmission.

Before leaving, make sure you know how to switch between mains power and onboard systems, and ask for a demonstration of the shower, toilet, and waste tank setup. It only takes a few minutes and makes the first night much easier. Also check the vehicle for any existing damage before departing.

This is a good choice for couples who want extra comfort and space — you're effectively getting the living area of a larger family motorhome without needing to fill every bed.
