Julie's take

The Mighty DeLITE is built for young families on a tight budget who want to get the kids camping without spending big. It's easy to drive and has all the kitchen essentials you need.

After a week on the road, you'll need to stay on top of tidiness — empty the rubbish every night and keep the interior organised so you have room to move around. The trade-off for the low price? You only get cold water from the tap, and these vehicles have been on the road longer (though they come with plenty of memories).

This is a great choice for first-timers who want to try family camping without a huge financial commitment. Just remember to always take your keys when you step outside — you don't want to get locked out. And here's a bonus tip: park in the shade when you can to reduce power consumption.
