Comfortable for 3 people featuring a double bed and a single bed. This is perfect for couples or a couple with a single child

Jack's take

A practical and budget-friendly HiTop campervan that provides the basics well. The full standing height makes everyday tasks like cooking, changing clothes, and relaxing inside much more comfortable than flat-top camper alternatives.

This vehicle works best for backpackers, solo travellers, or couples on a budget. After a week it remains comfortable for two people, while three travellers will appreciate the flexibility but need to manage storage carefully. Soft luggage is a must if travelling with 3 people. If you're travelling as a couple, you can use the single bed area for daytime storage to keep the living space uncluttered.

The trade-off for the more affordable price is that you're getting a well-loved vehicle rather than one of the newer options. You can expect minor superficial wear and tear, but Travellers Autobarn still maintain their vehicles throughout their lifetime on their fleet.

This is a beginner-friendly vehicle — easy to drive with most of the essentials. Book in at campgrounds that have toilet and shower facilities to make up for the lack of those facilities in the vehicle. When planning your stays, you can do some off-grid camping but make sure to connect to a powered campsite every 2nd or 3rd night to recharge the house battery.
